St Aloysius College added yet another feather to its cap by starting the St Aloysius Institute of Civil Services (SAICS) in 2019, in collaboration with INSIGHTS IAS, Bengaluru.

Mission:
St Aloysius Institute of Civil Services was established to promote Civil Service aspirants on realisation of the need for a full-fledged coaching institute in the region. The Institute aims at giving a comprehensive package to Civil Service aspirants and prepare them with a competitive edge for the Preliminary, Main and Interview rounds of the Civil Services Examinations.

Objectives:

• To advance the career prospects of youth who have the potential for high-ranking Civil Service placement but cannot afford the expensive coaching available only in big cities
• To widen and deepen the knowledge base of the candidates, and sharpen their aptitude and skills
• To bring Civil Services Examination coaching within easy reach of the candidates

OFFLINE GUIDANCE PROGRAM – OGP 2023
OGP 2023 – A full-fledged integrated classroom program for freshers for UPSC CSE 2023 in Mangalore OGP – Offline Guidance Program was started in the year 2017 with an intention to provide the best guidance and most importantly, to provide what is actually required to crack the exam, especially for fresher's. We had only one goal as an institution – to ensure we guide students to achieve their aim along with producing the best officers to the nation. In order to realize our goal, we devised this initiative which entails everything – Classes, guidance (mentorship), MCQ Practice, Mains answer writing, test series and unparalleled guidance throughout.
